The SCPH-90004 is a slim PS2 for PAL regions. Power goes in through an AC IN connector on the back. Sony’s guide lists about 35 W consumption at 220–240 V.
Online play needs an Ethernet connection to the network port and an 8 MB PS2 memory card for the network settings.
Limitation This is the only PS2 model with an English spec table in the Sony documents checked so far. The English SCPH-90002/90003 guide has no hardware specifications.
